Upfront News is a developing news agency founded in March 2009 by Trayveon McGuire. The Detroit-based company plans to launch a wire service for newspapers, TV stations and websites in the United States in December of 2012

Upfront provides  fast and accurate reporting on several social media platforms, including Google Plus, Facebook and Twitter. Its rapidly growing news accounts has (combined) nearly 16,000 subscribers.

The service was featured in the Sunday edition of The Detroit Free Press.
